Lots of info for ya.  The Los Angeles show with Animal Collective will be nuts, but the Brixton Academy 'All-nighter' is going to be the game changer.  If you're going to be in London on November 3rd, catching Flylo, Thundercat (who was in the Mhmm vid), The Gaslamp Killer, Lapalux, and Kutmah is going to be the best bang for your buck.  I've seen FlyLo once in concert and the live experience is unforgettable!  Grab your tickets yo!
