Dear Suburbia

Remember this?

Well, the director of that surf flick, Kai Neville, has a new movie coming out called  Dear Suburbia.  Check out the trailer below.

I'm giddy like a little girl for the soundtrack.  BUT WAIT.

Connan Mockasin Live!

Every now and again I get really stoked on some music that I have so I decide to look up some live stuff on the internetz.  These guys do some psychedelic rock jammin'  to the max.  Here's a few excellent live vids for yeh...

Forever Dolphin Love
Don't be intimidated by the 9 minute + vid!  around 2 minutes it gets really coolio.

It's Choade My Dear

This one is just live without the video, sorry dude!

Quadroplass Island

This isn't live, but who cares?  It's awesome.

Still hooked on the Lost Atlas soundtrack and it's been out for over a year!

Bright Eyed & Bushy Tailed

SUN MEDALLION

by King Tuff

Sun Medallion was featured on the gritty surf film Lost Atlas by Kai Neville.  Trailer and description below:
"In Modern Collective, Kai Nevill brought on the six most brilliant performers surfing could muster, and the academy approved.  For his new collaboration, Kai rallies a dozen more surfers including the original six; Lost Atlas, a location based film shot under 12 months will take the viewer in search of the unknown pleasures of surfing today.  This is postermodernism.  This is youth on the run. Starring; Dion Agius, Owen Wright, Craig Anderson, Jordy Smith, Dane Reynolds, Evan Geiselman, Conner Coffin, Kolohe Andino, Julian Wilson, Dusty Payne, Yadin Nicol, Wade Goodall, John Florence, Mitch Coleborn, Chippa Wilson , and Dilon Perillo."

The movie came out last year and I definitely recommend it for anyone who loves surfing or great jams.  The soundtrack is incredible to say the least.
